…we’re back. After some tense moments over the past 4.5 hours, a short (and unhelpful) conversation with Brinkster support, and a little work on my part, the hacker’s attempt has been overcome.
Now to my original intention: blogging. After a month-plus of quiet, I was actually ready to sit down and write some things down. And then craziness ensues. Maybe tomorrow.
Update: Apparently the backend is back, but the frontend is still unavailable due to Real_Karizma’s fine antics. Be back soon.
Update #2: Real_Karizma somehow dropped default.htm, index.htm and index.html files into my home directory. Each one of those supercedes the index.php which is the real file (layman’s terms: www.aaronlee.co looks for an “index” or “default” file as THE one to open; normally you have one, the hacker left five). Ready, set, go.
